By accessing or using Plixoranz.com (the “Service”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and located in New Zealand. We may request age and/or location verification and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Accounts, security, suspension/termination
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access (and remove virtual items/currency) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk/harm, engaged in fraud/abuse, or to comply with law.

- attempt to access non-public systems, disrupt the Service, or bypass security;
- harass, threaten, or post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- sell, trade, or transfer accounts or virtual items/currency.
5. Intellectual property & licence
The Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Plixoranz Limited and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plixoranz Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of virtual currency/items. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable), our liability is limited to the remedies available under that law.
7. Dispute process; governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you and we agree that New Zealand law applies and that the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
